Since 2001, the Truck Convoy for Wishes benefitting the Make-AWish Foundation of Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia has held an annual Truck Convoy for Wishes event and fundraiser in collaboration with local truckers and trucking companies to raise money through pledges to support local children with life-threatening medical conditions.
